You're Engaged! Congratulations - this will be the most fun and stressful time in your life! Once you pick out a date you have to think about the venue, dress, invitations and so much more! What about the Wedding Registry? A Wedding Registry makes it easy for friends and family to purchase gifts for you and your soon to be spouse. It takes the guesswork out of what they should buy for you and most wedding registries allow the presents to be shipped directly to your address so you will not have to worry about hauling gifts home after the wedding. |
The idea of a Wedding Registry can be overwhelming as you need to figure out what you need as a married couple. Common items to register for are fancy dining sets, wine glass sets, casual dining sets, picture frames, bedding and so much more. We suggest registering at multiple places for items in a wide range of price points to give your guests options to choose from. Registries can be done online however for a personalized experience we suggest making an appointment with the Wedding Registry department and picking out products with your soon to be spouse. Seeing an item online is a whole different experience then actually picking out products in a store. We highly recommend registries at department stores like Bloomingdales and/or Nordstrom, for lower price points - Bed, Bath and Beyond is perfect and they allow your guests to use coupons on purchases.
