Officially banned in Pakistan, the comedic satire "Tere Bin Laden", takes viewers on a journey to Pakistan post 9-11. We meet an ambitious news reporter "Ali", who is desperate to live the American Dream by moving and working in the United States. His repeated attempts to immigrate are routinely denied and when things couldn't get any worse- he finds an Osama Bin Laden look-alike who runs a chicken farm! Ali determines that his only way in to the US is to earn enough money to buy a fake identity and decides that the Bin Laden look-alike will be his ticket to freedom. He devises a plan to create a fake Osama Bin Laden video to sell to news channels as a breakthrough scoop. Unfortuntely his ticket to freedom turns out to be his ticket to jail! Watch Ali manuver his way out of and into trouble in this hilarous comedy
Tere Bin Laden is directed by Abhishek Sharma with the lead played by Ali Zafar. Despite the name, this film is defintely worth watching and will keep you laughing throughout Ali's journey!
