Barbecue, Biscuits, Country Music and more- we felt like we escaped New York City for a taste of Nashville at the Opry City Stage in Midtown Manhattan!
Opry City Stage (1604 Broadway, New York, NY) opened it's doors in December of 2017 and has been serving up some amazing food and music ever since! Whether you are a country fan or just like experiencing new things - this is the place to be! The restaurant serve breakfast lunch and dinner in a stunning two-floor complete with a stage and gift shop. From barbecue to cheesy macaroni the Opry City stage serves up some delicious southern favorites! We highly recommend the Two-Step which features Ribs, Cheddar Sausage, Pulled Pork and Southern Green Beans. |
The Two-Step is meant for 2-3 people and is generously portioned. We also loved the Biscuits which were served with Honey Butter and their Mac 'N" Cheese which also comes in a generous portion size. Entrees start at $21 and are big enough to share.
Besides the mouth watering food, Opry City Stage serves up some excellent country music in a venue surrounded by memorabilia from singers like Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline and others. Live music is performed daily. There is generally a Breakfast performance from 11 AM to 2 PM and a Dinner performance from 5 PM to 12 AM. Friday and Saturday nights are their busiest so we would highly recommend getting there early or making reservations. If you like a more relaxed vibe visit from Monday to Thursday. Between two floors the restaurant seats 200 people and also has a third floor for ticketed performances.
