On January 30th world-renowned Podiatrist, Dr. Emily Splichal hosted a luxury fitness experience at Floating Lotus in Midtown Manhattan with an "infusion of her Catwalk Confidence-BARE® workout to introduce her new Naboso Yoga mat!
From creating a workout DVD, writing a book on healthy feet and legs to creating a workout class at Crunch and 24 Hour Fitness, Dr. Emily Splichal is no stranger to fitness and well-being.
