Mother's Day is the time of the year to show your Mom how much you care and also to thank her for bringing you into this world. Garry Marshall shows how this special day is different for everyone in his latest film "Mother's Day". The movie follows the journey of four different characters and how Mother's Day impacts their lives. The characters all have unconventional relationships and are struggling with situations in their lives; Jennifer Aniston plays a divorced mother who is dealing with her ex-husband's remarriage, Kate Hudson plays a wife that lacks a close relationship with her mother, Julia Robert's plays a workaholic without a family and Jason Sudeikis is a recent widow that is struggling to raise his kids alone. "Mother's Day" does an excellent job at weaving together stories that anyone can relate to and tugging at your heartstrings at certain points in the film. The characters all struggle with their relationships as a mother or with their mother, but in the end they learn to celebrate Mother's Day and what it means to them. The star-studded "Mother's Day" releases on Friday, April 29th and is the perfect film to watch with your own Mother! |
