In honor of Tequila brand Jose Cuervo's 222nd anniversary, the brand developed four limited edition bottles. The bottles have wondrous designs by visual artist Ricardo Cavolo and Carlos Campos. To celebrate the company hosted an incredible anniversary party at Kola House in New York City on February 15, 2017. The event had a special DJ set by the Extortionist, Ibe Soliman and Dao-Yi Chow. The team played a mix of new hip-hop radio hits and throwback jams that had the entire crowd moving to the beat. The specialty cocktails also helped to pep up the party guests, especially “El Diablo” a spiced tequila mix with fresh jalapenos. The designs not only commemorated the 222nd anniversary but also told the unique history of the brand. See below for each of the bottles and the inspiration behind them! |
