For the 10th consecutive season, Papyrus returned to New York Fashion Week (NYFW) as the official greeting card sponsor. This year they were a part of the Andy Warhol at Chrsitie's Exhibition located at Skylight Clarkson Square and they paid homage to the intersection of art and fashion. Throughout the week, a selection of original pop art works were on display in The Papyrus Cafe, one of which was won by a patron of their exclusive NYFW kick off party. The event was a kickoff celebration to the bustling fashion week ahead, and was decked out in roses with pink decor as well as their signature "Hummingbird" cocktail.
Parallel to the creative and innovative fashions on the runways, Papyrus showed off a variety of gorgeously embellished card designs and 'fashion-forward' products in crystal clear glass cases like a luxurious jewelry store. The designs were not just meant for glass case displays however. They also handed out a variety of luxury cards to send to your loved ones during the Valentine's Day season. Through the use of intricate embroidery, artistic illustrations, and a heaping amount of sparkle, every piece of handcrafted Papyrus artistry showcased the artistic similarities between The Shows and their artisanal brand which made every passerby feel like part of the show. |
